About the Complex
Panorama Park is an investment project of Planex Ltd., a company with traditions in the development of residential complexes. Our property development projects have been highly rated in a number of national and regional competitions.
Panorama Park is an expression of our perception of the modern, high-rise residential building.

The Complex will consist of two residential buildings with three entrances. Construction works will be divided into two phases. Phase 1 will be completed and commissioned by 30 May 2021.

The location is convenient and near to hypermarkets and shopping malls. The Complex is close to several schools, kindergartens, a university, and health establishments. Nearby sports centers and gyms offer various sports activities. Panorama Park is at just 5-minute walk from a wide park area and at 15-minute walk from the Sea Garden. The area has a well-developed street infrastructure and excellent public transport links.
Panorama Park Complex consists of two independent buildings with the best orientation, facing south, east, and west.
The architecture is characterized by clean lines. Asymmetrical cube shapes and external decorative elements are incorporated into the general volume of the buildings. The colour pallete includes warm and harmonious earth tones.
The exterior walls are thermally insulated with 10 cm EPS and rendered with a decorative polymer cladding. The roof is flat and fitted with steam blocking and thermal insulation systems. The common parts of the building will be with polished granite flooring, suspended gypsum board ceilings, motion sensor LED lights, and metal railings as per the detailed architectural design. To facilitate residents’ movement, each entrance will be equipped with two 8-person lifts manufactured by the Spanish company “ORONA”.
The residents in the Complex will enjoy bike racks and parking space in a large underground three-level parking lot.
The buildings are situated to conform to the high trees in the southwest part of the property. Park areas will be supplemented by decorative landscaping, there will be a children’s playground and a relax zone.
A professional manager will take care of the maintenance, cleaning and organization in the Complex.
Panorama Park offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments ranging from 65 to 220 square meters, satisfying all preferences. Spacious and bright living rooms with large windows and beautiful views. Large bedrooms oriented to a quiet yard. Dressing rooms and service premises providing sufficient storage space. The water supply and sewerage systems are installed as per the design, to the according faucet points, with remote reading water meters. There will be 5-chamber PVC window frames with anthracite profiles on the outside and white profiles on the inside. There will be a piping system for air conditioners ready for subsequent installation. The outdoor units will be positioned in a special common premise. The intercom system will be connected to a Smart Concierge system with 24-hour video surveillance, remote access control and 24/7 connection with an operator. There will be a security system to protect the facilities surrounding the Complex and inside the buildings.
